Tyler Pritchard
Tyler practices out of Bodewell’s Columbus, Georgia office, representing injured clients in both Georgia and Alabama. Since beginning his practice in 2015, Tyler has litigated matters including motor vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, medical malpractice, and government liability. Tyler is an experienced trial attorney, having successfully represented hundreds of clients in front of juries, judges, mediators, and arbitrators, and has advocated for clients in appellate settings in a variety of cases.
Before joining Bodewell in 2023, Tyler represented corporations and insurance companies; experience that proves invaluable when assisting his clients at Bodewell with the nuances and complexities of their personal injury claims. Tyler’s experience allows him to zealously advocate for his clients throughout the entirety of their personal injury claim; from the filing of the claim with the insurance company to the return of a jury verdict.
Tyler earned his J.D. from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama, where he majored in History. During law school, Tyler was a member of the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, the nation’s oldest law review dedicated to the advancement of trial advocacy. Tyler serves as a member of the Executive Committee for MidTown, Inc., a member of the Board of Directors for the Historic Columbus Foundation, a member of the Columbus, Georgia Board of Historic and Architectural Review.
