Our founder, Nathan “Nate” VanDerVeer, has been a licensed attorney since 2007. He is licensed to practice law in Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, and Washington D.C.
Nate specializes in cases involving personal injuries, car accidents, motorcycle accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, slip and falls, defective consumer products, defective automotive parts, dangerous medical drugs and devices, and more.
Throughout his career, Nate has successfully handled thousands of cases in state and federal courts across the United States and has achieved numerous favorable jury verdicts on behalf of his clients.
Prior to becoming an attorney in 2007, Nate graduated cum laude from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Following his undergraduate studies, Nate graduated from Mississippi College School of Law, where he was a member of the Moot Court Board and President of Mississippi Trial Lawyers, Student Division.
